We ship from Italy, here are the costs and estimated delivery time of our shipments.

Orders are processed in 1-2 business days (weekends excluded), please allow some slowdowns during peak periods.

When buying multiple items, your order may arrive in separate shipments from different warehouses.

What is your shipping policy?

You have 60 minutes upon placing your order to cancel it on this page.

If you can't cancel your order within 60 minutes, you can get in touch with our Customer Service team to check if it is still possible to do so.

Shipped orders cannot be canceled.

Can I cancel my order?

You have 60 minutes upon placing your order to update your shipping address on this page - as long as the country is the same.

If your order is already in transit, please get in touch with our Customer Service team to check what's doable.

Can I change my shipping address?

We don't offer free returns at the moment.

You have 14 days upon receipt of your order to return or exchange your item(s). Once you open your return request, you have 15 days to send your item(s) back to us.
